The Customer Service Department at Gemini Bio-Products is available to assist you should a problem arise with any of our products.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt and inform us of any discrepancies with your order. If a discrepancy exists, please retain the original shipping carton, packing material, and shipping documents.
Should it be necessary to return any material to Gemini, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain shipping instructions and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to sending any material back. Authorized returns should be made within 15 days of issuance of the RGA. Credit will be given provided prior authorization is obtained.
While we attempt to honor all requests to return material, return authorization may not be granted under certain circumstances. If a product is incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part, an immediate credit will be issued to your account.
Returns accepted for items that have been ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
